• Payment information when you make a purchase (processed through our booking/payment provider — see Section 4)

• For summer camp and youth programs: a parent or guardian's name and contact information, and the camper's name, age, and any relevant health/allergy or emergency contact information you choose to provide

Information collected automatically:

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies

• Analytics data via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Advertising and conversion data via Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to past visitors on Google and Facebook/Instagram

• Process bookings, memberships, payments, and event reservations

• Communicate with you about your bookings, class schedule changes, or studio notices

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our studio policies (including our liability waiver and membership agreement)

• Wix.com, our website and e-commerce platform host, which processes bookings, storefront transactions, and stores related customer data on our behalf

• Payment processors integrated with Wix to handle transactions securely (we do not store your full payment card number ourselves)

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) and Meta/Facebook (Pixel), for site analytics and advertising measurement

• Service providers who help us operate the business (e.g., email marketing tools), bound by confidentiality obligations

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site itself is intended for adults (parents, guardians, and adult customers), and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site.

For our Summer Camp and other youth programs, a parent or guardian submits the camper's information directly to us as part of registration. We use this information solely to operate the camp session (attendance, safety, emergency contact, and pickup coordination) and do not use it for marketing to children. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@throwannarbor.com to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking and payment records are generally retained in line with standard business recordkeeping requirements.

We use commercially reasonable measures, including those provided by our hosting platform (Wix) and payment processor, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
