This one-time class is a chance to sit at the wheel, get your hands in clay, and make something of your own. It's beginner-friendly, laid-back, and a good pick for date nights, family outings, or solo time.

Class Details
Try Wheel Throwing is a two hour pottery class where you’ll learn the basics of the wheel and choose one piece to keep. We handle the glazing and firing. Finished pieces are ready for pickup about four weeks after class. All tools and materials are provided. If you make extra pieces you'd like to keep, they’re $15 each.
Age Requirements
Ages 13 and up can attend on their own. Ages 10 to 12 may join with a parent or guardian. This is a group class with guided instruction and shared studio space. Ages 21+ may bring a beverage into the studio for our "Throw & Sip" sessions.
Group Discounts
If you’re booking for four or more people, we offer a discounted rate for the fourth person onward. You’ll be guided through the options at checkout. Group throwing is a solid choice for birthdays, work outings, or small group activities in Ann Arbor. You can also reserve our space on Mondays & Tuesdays.
