Rescheduling Policy
For students in our wheel throwing courses who cannot attend one or more planned sessions, we cannot offer makeup sessions with instructor guidance. If you plan on missing 2 or more concurrent sessions, please let your instructor know and we will try to accommodate your circumstances.
For students in our workshops or "try wheel throwing" classes who cannot attend their planned session, a free one-time reschedule can be made if 24+ hours notice is given. If you miss your session and no notice was given, you will be charged in full for your session and no reschedule can be made. If you could not give notice prior to missing your session because of extreme circumstances, please reach out and we will try to accommodate you.
Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to return a physical product purchased from our studio, it can only be done if the product has a defect or flaw that was not initially known by both parties at the time of sale. We cannot accept returns for pieces that have broken due to misuse or prolonged regular use. Physical products from our studio are sold only as decorative pieces - we do not recommend any of the physical products we sell to be used for food consumption - use items at your own risk.

Studio Rules
In our pottery studio, we are committed to fostering an environment of mutual respect, inclusivity, and safety. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination, and advocate for a culture of acceptance and understanding across all members.
Furthermore, it is essential to treat all studio tools and equipment with due care, observe safety protocols diligently, and comply with established cleaning and operational guidelines. Our collective adherence to these principles is crucial in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and secure setting for all participants.
Knowingly failing to adhere to these rules will result in disciplinary actions ranging from warnings to termination from the studio, depending on the severity of the breach. We reserve the right to deny anyone access to services, ensuring our studio remains a safe and respectful environment for all.
Membership Policies
We reserve the right to terminate membership status of any member who fails to adhere to our studio rules. In the result your membership status is terminated after you have paid for your month of membership, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining calendar days of that month.
Non-payment of membership status may result in losing your spot as a studio member. If you simply forgot to pay, please reach out. If you lose your membership due to non-payment, you are welcome to re-purchase a membership, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any membership slots.
