Try Wheel Throwing
For Ages 13+
All ages are welcome to attend our "Try Wheel Throwing" sessions. Participants under 18 require a waiver to be filled out by a guardian, which will be provided by the studio. For children under 13, we have a separate wheel throwing class.
Learn The Basics
In a 2-hour guided session, you will learn how to throw pieces on pottery wheel in a group of 6. You can reserve 1 spot, 2 spots, or all 6!
Come Back for Your Finished Piece
Each participant can choose 1 item that the studio will trim, bisque, glaze, and fire for you. When your piece is ready in approximately 4 weeks, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions.

Our wheel throwing courses are kept at a 6:1 student to teacher ratio, ensuring that everyone receives personalized instruction to accelerate their learning.

Keep Two Finished Pieces
Access our variety of tools & glazes to make each piece your own. At the end of each course, you can glaze and fire two pieces to take home with you, with the option to keep additional pieces for $15 each.
Open Studio Time
Gain exclusive access to our members-only open studio calendar for an additional throwing session each week, plus 25 lbs of total practice clay.
Kid & Adult Wheel Throwing
For All Ages
The Kid & Adult class is designed for ages 12 and under. The lesson is streamlined to be completed in 1.5 hours. Parents will simultaneously get to learn wheel throwing on a full-sized wheel and help their child practice on their miniature wheel.
Small Group Size
These classes are designed for 4 parents and 4 children at one time. Instructors will show both adults and children how to throw on the wheel. The process is very similar for full-sized and miniature wheels.
Learn a New Skill Together!
This one-time class is a great bonding experience for kids who enjoy art. After you attend the class, you each get to pick your favorite piece to be glazed and fired by the studio for pickup in approximately 3-4 weeks.
